Michael Schenck

Michael Schenck is an accomplished leader in the energy storage and renewable sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Product Development Engineering at American Energy Storage Innovations, Inc. since August 2024. Previously, Michael co-founded and held the position of CTO at Veloce Energy, focusing on transformative solutions for the electricity sector. Michael's entrepreneurial journey also includes founding Ipsum Power Corporation, where technology and strategic marketing converge to provide advisory services in renewable energy. Additionally, Michael was a co-founder and Vice President of Engineering & Technology at Pursuant Power, specializing in energy storage solutions for modern grid operations. Michael's extensive experience includes managerial roles at First Solar and product development at Semikron Inc. and American Power Conversion. Michael holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a candidate for an MSEE.
