Mike Anderson

Mike Anderson has over 30 years of experience in compliance and regulatory roles. Mike is currently the Director of Regulatory & Systems Compliance for American Energy Storage Innovations, Inc. Their previous experience includes roles at Casa Systems, Inc., where they served as the Director of Compliance, Senior Manager of Compliance, and Compliance Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Oracle as a Global Compliance Strategist, responsible for identifying and applying global compliance standards. Mike also has extensive experience at Cisco Systems, where they held various compliance roles, including Compliance Manager, HW Manager: Compliance, EMC Design Engineer, and EMC Test Engineer. Mike began their career at Intertek Testing Services as an EMI Engineer/ Product Safety Engineer, where they established an EMI test lab and provided technical guidance.

Mike Anderson obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Mike later pursued a Global Master of Business Administration (GMBA) at Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School, specializing in International Business with a focus on Marketing, graduating in 2015.
