Chris Gavin

Chris Gavin serves as the Director of Government Relations for Foreign and Defense Policy at the American Enterprise Institute, a role held since May 2020 after progressing through various positions within the organization. Prior experience includes a tenure as Associate Director of Government Relations at the Hudson Institute and roles at the National Republican Senatorial Committee and the U.S. House of Representatives. Chris holds a Master's degree in Politics & Contemporary History from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Arizona State University, along with a background in International Relations from the University of St Andrews. Chris has also engaged in internships across multiple government and political institutions, demonstrating a strong commitment to government relations and policy analysis.
