Renee Carter (Waller) currently serves as the Instructor of Rhetoric and Composition at Hillcrest Lutheran Academy since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Office Coordinator and Development Associate at the American Enterprise Institute from August 2021 to the present, and Confidential Assistant at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from August 2020 to August 2021. Renee also held leadership positions at Biola University as Student Body President and Senator of Hart Hall, along with experience as a Speech Coach at Courageous Communications. Additional roles include Research Intern at the Religious Freedom Institute and Political Theory Research Assistant at Biola University. Renee's academic background features a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in History from Biola University, attended from 2016 to 2020, and completion of studies at the Torrey Honors College during the same period. Prior education includes attendance at Grace Christian Academy from 2012 to 2016.
