James LaPlant is an experienced customer success leader with a strong track record in strategic account management and team development. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at BioRender, James focuses on enhancing the communication of science while previously holding leadership roles at Continu, where achievements included scaling a high-performing team and significantly increasing the publication of customer case studies. Prior experience at WalkMe™ involved managing a $5.6 million portfolio of Fortune 500 clients and driving key performance improvements through operational frameworks. Earlier roles at Triage Consulting Group and Arden Realty, Inc. further honed project management and client engagement skills. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and has complemented this education with international experience at Copenhagen Business School.
