Dan Baddeley

Dan Baddeley has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Dan currently holds the position of Senior SAP Basis Administrator at American Equity since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant specializing in SAP Basis and HANA Administration at The Baddeley Group LLC from 2021 to 2022.

Dan has also held various roles in SAP Basis Administration, including at Sompo International from 2013 to 2020, Capgemini from 2006 to 2013, and Courier Corporation from 2005 to 2006. Dan further gained experience as an SAP Basis Administrator at Toray Plastics (America), Inc. from 2004 to 2005.

Additionally, Dan has expertise in Technical Analysis as a Senior Technical Analyst for SAP at The Holmes Group from 2001 to 2004. Dan served as the Information Systems Manager at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies from 1996 to 2001. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Management Information Systems at Business Express Airlines, Inc. from 1986 to 1996.

Dan began their career in the United States Marine Corps as an Aircraft Maintenance Administrator from 1980 to 1986. Overall, their work experience showcases a strong background in SAP administration and technical analysis, with a range of roles in different organizations.

Dan Baddeley is currently a Master of Science Candidate in Aviation Management at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, with an expected completion date in 2023. Dan previously pursued graduate studies in Information Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1991 to 1992. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering & Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 1983.
