Alessia Willmott

Alessia Willmott currently serves as the Director and Chief of Staff to the COO of Technology at American Express, a role held since May 2022, and is a member of the Technology Business Management Leadership team. Prior to this, Alessia worked at BlackRock as a Director in Tech Transformation and Change Management from November 2017 to May 2022, following a tenure at EY as a Vice President on the COO team, where significant experience was gained in technology change, organizational design, and operating model design for financial services clients. Earlier in the career, Alessia held various roles including Consultant and Resource Manager at EY and worked briefly as a Consultant at Michael Page. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and International Relations from UNSW and a degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney.
