Claudia Ma is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Amex Offers Digital Media at American Express, a position held since 2022. Previously, Claudia worked as a Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Transformation and as an Analyst in the Global Strategy & Capabilities team at American Express. Claudia has also gained experience as an Employer Relations Assistant at Stony Brook University and as a Risk Management Summer Analyst at MUFG. Claudia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Stony Brook University, where they are still pursuing their studies.
