Douglas Woolard

Douglas Woolard is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in cloud engineering and software development. Currently serving as Vice President of Cloud Engineering at American Express, Douglas previously held senior roles at Walmart eCommerce, including Sr. Director of Engineering for Infrastructure and Cloud Operations and Sr. Director of Software Engineering for Quality Engineering. Douglas's career also includes significant contributions at eBay, where positions ranged from Sr. Manager to Team Lead in Quality Engineering. Earlier experiences include a research associate role at UC Santa Cruz in Environmental Toxicology and a position as Production Chemist/Process Engineer at Hadco Corporation. Douglas holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, earned between 1985 and 1990.
