Jackie Luo, CCP, is an accomplished compensation professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Director of Compensation Consulting at American Express since April 2022, Jackie previously held the role of Vice President of Executive Compensation at Morgan Stanley. With a history at E*TRADE in various compensation management roles and earlier positions at Morgan Stanley and S&P Global, Jackie has developed expertise in data analysis, project management, and supporting diversity initiatives. In addition to hands-on compensation experience, Jackie is skilled in utilizing advanced Excel functions and various databases, along with a strong foundation in talent acquisition and HR operations. Jackie holds a Bachelor's degree from Hunter College and pursued further studies at Baruch College.
