Julie Johnson

Julie Johnson currently serves as the National Voluntary Benefits Consulting Leader at Mercer, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Julie worked at WTW from April 2016 to May 2025 as the Senior Director of Voluntary Benefits, advising clients on aligning voluntary benefits with total reward strategies and operational considerations. Julie also has experience as the Voluntary Practice Leader at AIG and held multiple positions at Unum, including AVP of the Voluntary Benefits Market Segment Finance, where responsibilities included financial management of the voluntary insurance portfolio. Earlier in Julie's career, experience included serving as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young. Julie earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University in May 1994.
