Julia van Doren

Julia Van Doren has extensive experience in human resources and investment banking, with a career spanning over two decades. Most recently, Julia held the position of Vice President and HR Business Partner for the Global Servicing organization at American Express from June 2011 to June 2025. Prior roles at American Express included Vice President and Director of HR Business Partner for Technology. Julia's background includes serving as Assistant Vice President in Investment Banking Graduate Programs at Barclays Investment Bank and Program Manager for Investment Banking Graduate Programs at Lehman Brothers, where responsibilities focused on the career development and performance management of investment banking analysts.
