Narae Yun

Narae Yun is an experienced professional in the fields of diversity, equity, inclusion, and talent management, currently serving as the Director of the Colleague Experience Group within the HR Business Unit Consulting at American Express since January 2022. Prior to this role, Narae worked at Morgan Stanley from January 2017 to January 2022 as the Director of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Learning and Integration, where Narae managed the development and launch of the Institute for Inclusion, a significant initiative aimed at promoting workplace diversity and equity. Narae's earlier roles include serving as a Manager for Diversity & Inclusion Advisory and Talent Programs, where strategic advising was provided across various business units. Narae's career began with roles at Binghamton University and the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier, focusing on academic advising and cultural competence in mental health. Narae holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University, earned in 2014.
