Rashi Bhatla Chatrath

Rashi Bhatla Chatrath has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President & Head of Talent, Brand & Regulatory Affairs and HRBP for the Global Services Group at American Express since May 2014. Prior roles at American Express include Director & Head of Talent Management for the India Market and HR Business Partner for various business units. Rashi's previous experience includes HR Head for GE Digital Energy and HR Business Partner roles with GE Capital and HCL Technologies. Rashi began professional journey with an internship at Vertex Data Science. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Leadership Excellence from Harvard Business School, a Certification in Business Essentials for HR from Cornell University, and an MBA in Human Resources & Marketing from FORE School of Management, New Delhi.
