Smita Dube is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in project management and technology delivery. Currently serving as Director of Technology Delivery Excellence at American Express since July 2011, Smita has held various roles within the organization, including Project Manager and Program Manager, specializing in vendor management and contact center solutions. Prior experience includes a Business Solutions Manager position at Standard Chartered Bank, where Smita focused on implementing multimillion-dollar projects in the wholesale banking sector. Additional expertise includes roles at American Express Banking Technologies, Goldman Sachs as a Consultant, and leadership positions at Keane Inc. and Ericsson India Ltd.
