Suzie Wilcox

Suzie Wilcox (nee Knight) is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the travel and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Co Brand Partnerships Marketing Executive at American Express since May 2019, Suzie previously held various roles at Virgin Atlantic from July 2002 to February 2019, including CRM Marketing Executive, where responsibilities included managing global CRM communications to over 1.8 million customers. Additional roles included Marketing Executive, Senior Sales Consultant, and Flying Club Programme Executive, where Suzie contributed significantly to enhancing customer loyalty through innovative partnerships and engagement strategies.
