Tim Heine

Tim Heine is a retired Managing Counsel who served American Express for over 37 years, concluding his tenure in 2021. Most recently, they acted as a Special Advisor to the Chief Legal Officer and led Amex's Enterprise & Regulatory Legal Team. Tim has undertaken various roles, including oversight of the Global Compliance & Ethics Organization, and served as Acting General Counsel in 2017. Currently, they are an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School and serve on the boards of Student/Partner Alliance and HEART 9/11. Tim holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Fordham Law School.
