Jessica L.A. Marks

Jess Marks is currently working as SEP and Foreign Managing Counsel at Unified Patents. Prior to this, they were a Senior Patent Counsel at the same company. Before joining Unified Patents, Jess was a Co-Founder at Buffalo Dan, LLC. They also worked as an Associate at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP. Jess has a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and an M.Be. in Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Additionally, they have experience as an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University Law School and as an Assistant for Administration and Development at the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts.
