Tom Mann has extensive experience in product and project management, team leadership, and relationship building within the financial services and travel sectors. Previously, they worked at American Express as a Business Leader and Relationship Manager, where they engaged with ultra-high-net-worth clients and managed teams across APAC. Currently, Tom supports the ANZ Global Servicing Leadership by coordinating regulatory oversight and project management to align servicing strategies. Additionally, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Journalism, International Relations, and Politics at Griffith University.
