Vivek Bhogal

Vivek Bhogal serves as the Director of Digital Media & Capabilities for Charge Cards at American Express since January 2011, leading a team focused on creating high-quality charge card products and enhancing digital user experiences. Previously, Vivek held the position of Head of Digital Acquisition, overseeing a large team and managing various vendor partnerships. As a Manager in Loyalty & Customer Engagement, Vivek was responsible for portfolio marketing and co-branded credit card product management. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Products at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, where Vivek contributed to product development and launch strategies. Early in the career, a summer internship at the Planning Commission of India provided experience in policy making and forecasting. Vivek holds a PGDM in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, an Executive Program in Leadership Excellence from Harvard Business School, and a B.Tech in Computers from Kurukshetra University.
