Joseph Lancelot is the Director of Operations at American Family Care, a role held since July 2016, where significant accomplishments include achieving Urgent Care Association accreditation for four centers, highlighting excellence in quality and safety. Previously, Joseph contributed to St. Peter's Health Partners during a major network merger in corporate communications and supported cultural integration efforts. Experience as a Resident Assistant at The College of Saint Rose involved developing programs to foster community engagement among students, while also serving as a Teacher Assistant at Maplewood School, which focused on promoting physical and social development. Additional experience includes an internship at North Shore-LIJ Health System, where Joseph coordinated key events and initiatives. Joseph earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from The College of Saint Rose in 2014.
