Breanna Oconnor

Breanna OConnor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Talent Development Specialist in Leadership and Professional Development at American Family Insurance since June 2014. With a strong focus on process improvement, Breanna has worked as a Process Improvement Consultant, leveraging Lean Methodologies and Agile frameworks to drive efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction. Previous roles at American Family Insurance include Liability Claims Adjuster and ESO Bodily Injury Adjuster, where Breanna consistently exceeded performance metrics. Prior to this, Breanna worked at GEICO as a Bodily Injury Adjuster and Liability Adjuster, gaining valuable experience in claims evaluation and investigation. Breanna's foundational experience includes an internship at The Artemis Center for Health and Wellness and a promotional role with Arkansas State University Athletics.
