Damon Whyte

Damon Whyte is a seasoned professional in risk management and information security, currently serving as the Security & Risk Principal at American Family Insurance since April 2020. Responsibilities include consulting on governance, compliance with ISO, NIST, PCI DSS, and privacy, coupled with the development of a new risk assessment program. Previously, Damon contributed to Epic as an Integration Engineer, designing interfaces for a major electronic health record platform. At Deutsche Bank, experience spanned multiple roles, including Global Service Transition Manager and Global Program Manager, where Damon created and implemented a comprehensive IT Risk Assessment and Management program while advising on compliance with various regulatory frameworks. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Computer Science from Edith Cowan University.
