Marbes has a strong background in enterprise end user computing and service desk operations, having previously managed a combined team of 55 employees and contractors to provide these services across multiple operating companies. With a career spanning over 15 years in various technology leadership roles, Marbes has a proven track record of driving operational improvements, managing substantial budgets, and leading significant technology initiatives, including remote work transitions and disaster recovery enhancements. Marbes holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a BM in Music Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
