Karen Lo

Karen Lo has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Karen is currently working at YF Life Insurance International Limited, where they hold the position of Director, Digital Distribution since January 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Manager, Digital Distribution at the same company from October 2020 to December 2022.

Before joining YF Life Insurance International Limited, Karen worked at Chubb Life Hong Kong for a decade. In addition to their degree, Karen has obtained two certifications: Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in July 2022 and Professional Scrum Master II from Scrum.org in October 2022.
