Erica Laughlin

Erica Laughlin is an experienced professional in leadership and talent development, with a strong background in both corporate and educational sectors. At American Family Insurance, Erica served as Senior Manager for Leadership & Professional Development, where the role involved aligning learning strategies with enterprise goals. Previously, as a Talent Development Manager in Enterprise IT, Erica supported over 2,000 IT employees and defined a digital learning strategy. Erica also contributed to significant savings as a Senior RPA & Technology Analyst by developing automated solutions. At the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Erica directed the IT Academy, enhancing training programs and securing funding, while earlier roles included consulting and faculty development at the University of Minnesota Morris. Erica holds an MBA focused on HR Management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and is pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
