Jan Kittoe

Jan Kittoe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience at American Family Insurance since February 2004, holding multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Communications and Community Engagement, Vice President of Enterprise Employee Experience and Effectiveness, and Vice President of Talent Development. In these capacities, Jan has been instrumental in driving innovation, creating agile cultures, and developing comprehensive talent development programs for employees and leadership. Jan's prior experience at U.S. Cellular includes roles such as Organization Effectiveness Manager and Business Analyst. Jan holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
