Jeffrey Nelson

Jeffrey Nelson has extensive experience in operations and performance management, currently serving as Director of Operations Administration at American Family Insurance since January 2007. Prior roles at American Family Insurance include Regional Services Manager, Performance Analytics and Reporting Manager, Corporate Underwriting and Operations Performance Manager, Business Process Manager, and Process and Program Senior Specialist. Prior to this, Jeffrey held a managerial position at Mill Creek Consulting from 1992 to 2009 and worked as a Senior Consultant at Price Waterhouse from 1990 to 1994. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa, earned in 1990.
