Matthew Knight

Matthew Knight currently serves as the Vice President of Contact Center Shared Services at American Family Insurance, beginning this role in September 2023. In this position, Matthew leads a team responsible for delivering operational strategy, technology, analytics, workforce management, and training across the AmFam Group operating companies. Prior to this, Matthew held various senior-level roles at Homesite Insurance, including Vice President of Business Operations and Director of Call Center Operations. Additional experience includes the Director of the Customer Contact Center at Life Line Screening, Sales Director at Newark, and multiple leadership roles at Progressive Insurance. Matthew began the career at Huntington National Bank in sales leadership. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University and has completed executive education at Kellogg.
