Monica Groves

Monica Groves is an experienced professional in government affairs with a strong background in legislative processes and advocacy. Since June 2009, Monica has held several positions at American Family Insurance, currently serving as Vice President, where responsibilities include multi-state government affairs, regulatory outreach, and managing political giving programs. Prior to this role, Monica served as Legislative Associate at the Wisconsin Counties Association from October 2007 to June 2009, focusing on lobbying for Wisconsin county government interests. Previously, Monica worked as a Legislative Aide and Committee Clerk in a Senate office, contributing to legislative research and coordination. Monica began a career in politics as Assistant Field Director for field campaigns in Roanoke, VA. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
