Morgan McConnell

Morgan McConnell, MAOM, currently serves as a Board Trustee for Mount Morris Village and holds the position of Sr. IT Auditor at American Family Insurance. Previously, Morgan worked as a Sr. Internal Auditor at Univar Solutions and as a Sr. Internal Auditor and IT Analyst at Regal Beloit Corporation, where responsibilities included SOX planning, audit procedure execution, and stakeholder communication. Additional experience includes teaching roles at Rockford Career College and Kishwaukee College, as well as IT administrative positions at the Boone County Sheriff Department and Advanced Technology Solutions, focusing on hardware and software support, project management, and cybersecurity. Morgan holds a Master of Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems and Criminal Justice from Ashford University.
