Sherina Smith currently serves as the Enterprise Chief Marketing Officer at American Family Insurance since January 2019, overseeing marketing efforts for both American Family Insurance and Main Street America. Previous roles include Vice President and Head of Marketing at Chief, and Vice President of Brand Loyalty, CRM, and Marketing Analytics at JCPenney, where significant achievements included the renovation of the JCPenney Rewards loyalty program and leading a 45-member team. Sherina's earlier experience also includes Head of Consumer Marketing for US Hepatology at AbbVie, where successful launch campaigns earned the Abbvie president's award, and a decade at Kraft Foods Group as Marketing Director overseeing substantial portfolios. Sherina holds an MBA in Marketing from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in English from The Ohio State University.
