Steven Doman

Steven Doman MBA currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at The Ability Center and holds the position of Lead HR Business Partner at American Family Insurance since May 2020. Prior to this, Steven Doman was a Senior HR Business Partner at West Bend Mutual Insurance from January 2018 to May 2020 and worked at UMB Bank from February 2005 to January 2018 as an HR Partner for UMB Fund Services, contributing to the executive leadership team to shape strategic direction. Steven Doman also has experience in client reporting at Artisan Partners and as a Financial Advisor at Waddell & Reed. Educationally, Steven Doman earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Malaya and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
