Tracy Schweitzer

Tracy Schweitzer has been with American Family Insurance since 2003, holding a series of progressive leadership roles including Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, Chief People Officer, and Vice President of Human Resources. Prior experience includes positions as Capacity Consultant and HR Consultant during the initial tenure at the company. Tracy holds a Master's degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from UW La Crosse.
