Courtney Graham

Courtney Graham serves as the Chief People Officer at Scaled Agile, Inc. since May 2023, bringing extensive human resources leadership experience from previous roles, including Chief People Officer at TrueML and Four Winds Interactive. In addition to current responsibilities, Courtney is a board member of The Morgan Adams Foundation, supporting efforts for children with cancer. With a strong background in talent management, diversity, and organizational development, Courtney has significantly contributed to the HR field through leadership positions in various organizations, while also engaging with the Colorado Technology Recruiting Coalition. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Speech from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix, along with numerous certifications in leadership and training.
