Willa Antczak

Willa Antczak currently serves as the Director of Development for American Farmland Trust since March 2020, where responsibilities include leadership giving and data solutions. Prior experience with Marin Agricultural Land Trust includes roles as Associate Director of Development and Philanthropy Officer, contributing to annual and legacy giving efforts from September 2015 to March 2020. Earlier roles include Development Manager at Cape Elizabeth Land Trust and Planning & Development Director for the Town of Waldoboro. Willa began professional experience as a Researcher at Vermont Design Institute and provided program support at The University of Vermont from May 2004 to October 2009. Willa holds a Master of Urban Planning from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.
