Charlie Ruger currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at the American Federation for Children since May 2025. Earlier in the career, Charlie worked at Compuware Corporation as a Corporate Security Supervisor. Charlie holds a BBA in Management from Northwood University and is pursuing an MA in Economics at the University of Detroit Mercy, along with completing the Koch Associate Program from 2009 to 2010.
