Tommy Schultz has worked in various roles and organizations throughout their career. Tommy started as a Development Intern at The Fund for American Studies in 2011 and then moved on to CRC Public Relations as an Account Associate. In 2012, they worked as the New Hampshire Victory Communications Director at the Republican National Committee. From 2013 to 2013, they served as the Director of Public Affairs at JDA Frontline. Tommy then worked as the Communications Director for the Branstad-Reynolds Reelection Campaign and later for the Branstad-Reynolds Inauguration in 2014. In 2015, they joined the American Federation for Children as the Tennessee Communications Director. Tommy also worked as the Campaign Manager for Grant Starrett for Congress. Over the years, they held various positions at the American Federation for Children, including National Communications Director and Vice President of Communications and Marketing. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the American Federation for Children.
