Donna Ledlow

Donna Ledlow has been with American Fidelity since September 1987, currently serving as Senior IT Operations Technician and previously as Technical Infrastructure Specialist. In these roles, Donna has demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting company laptops, providing support for colleague issues, and managing unified communications for the call center, including Lync and TEAMS phone systems. Donna also has experience as a Telecommunications Analyst, working in the Command Center and collaborating with the Unified Communications team as a Lync and Enghouse Zeacom Administrator. From February 2016 to July 2018, Donna held the position of Technical Infrastructure Specialist, focusing on network troubleshooting, server support, and maintaining compliance in conferencing functionalities while onboarding new colleagues' telephone extensions.
