Leilani Gradle

Leilani Gradle is a seasoned communications professional with over a decade of experience at American Fidelity, where roles have included Supervisor of Colleague and Community Relations and Communications Specialist. In these positions, Leilani has developed and edited a variety of internal communications assets and engaged in numerous projects that enhance collaboration across the company. Prior to that, Leilani completed a Corporate Communications Internship at American Fidelity, which included a focus on talent management. Additional experience includes service roles at Oak Tree National and Hook-N-Slice Grill/Crimson Creek Golf Club. Leilani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and an Associate in Arts in Business Administration from Redlands Community College.
