Ryan Naples

Ryan Naples currently serves as the Director of Public Policy at DailyPay, Inc. since September 2021, and is a Board Member on the Executive Committee of the American Fintech Council since May 2023. Previously, Ryan held various roles including Senior Manager of Public Policy at Lyft and Deputy Director at Tech:NYC. Ryan also served as an Adjunct Law Professor at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University from 2018 to 2022, teaching a course on the Legislative & Regulatory Process. Additional experience includes positions at the New York State Executive Chamber, New York State Department of Labor, and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Ryan holds a B.A. from Bowdoin College and a J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
