Michael Payne

Michael Payne has extensive experience in commercial real estate underwriting, having held senior positions at American First Credit Union and Kinecta Federal Credit Union. With a professional background dating back to 2003, Michael has worked as a Senior Commercial Underwriter at various institutions, including GBC International Bank and IMPAC. Prior roles include managing loan portfolios at Affinity Bank and operating as a self-employed commercial real estate underwriter. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Utah Valley University. Additionally, Michael has an Associate of Applied Science in Business from Snow College.
