Nik Harkias

Nik Harkias has a strong background in the food industry, with extensive experience in various roles. Nik started their career at ConAgra - Monfort in 1991, working as an Accounting Supervisor until 1996. Nik then moved on to become an Assistant Controller until 1999. In 1999, Nik joined American Foods Group as a Controller and held this position until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Plant Manager, before being promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2018. Nik's expertise lies in operations and financial management within the food industry.

Nik Harkias has a background in psychology and accounting from the University of Northern Colorado. They have not obtained a specific degree from the university. In addition to their education, Nik Harkias has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as team management, workplace engagement, feedback, mentorship, attention management, leadership principles, leading in times of change, effective communication, and proactive skills.
