Allison Gratz

Allison Gratz is an experienced professional in environmental management and sustainability, currently serving as the Scope 3 Mitigation Pilot Lead at the American Forest Foundation since November 2024. Previously, Gratz was the Director of Network Relations at NatureServe from September 2018 to July 2024, and held the position of Administrative Assistant at Community Living Alternatives for a brief period in 2018. From June 2012 to September 2017, Gratz was the Director of Sustainability at Enviva LP, where responsibilities included managing a team focused on sustainable fiber procurement. Prior experience also includes the role of Director of Conservation Partnerships at Sustainable Forestry Initiative, Inc., and Program Coordinator at the Sustainable Forestry Board. Gratz holds a Master's degree in Forest Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Environmental Studies from Drew University.
