Tom Shayoka

Tom Shayoka has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tom is currently the Founder & CEO of American Franchise Brands. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at Florian Partners and Shayoka Capital starting in 2015. From 2017 to 2021, they held the position of CFO & COO at both THE ELIA GROUP and The ICONIC Collection. Before that, they were an M&A Consultant at Plante Moran from 2013 to 2015 and a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2011 to 2013.

Tom Shayoka attended Wayne State University where they studied Business with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Tom has also obtained certifications as a Certified Business Intermediary from the International Business Brokers Association, a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor from the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors, and is a Certified Public Accountant registered with the State of Michigan.
