Tom Arigi

Tom Arigi currently serves as Chief of Staff at the Loss Prevention Research Council (LPRC) since July 2025. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Divisional Vice President - Asset Protection and Safety at American Freight Furniture, Mattress, Appliance from April 2022 to November 2024. Tom's previous experience includes serving as Director of Asset Protection at both Kroger from September 2019 to April 2022 and Walmart from September 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities included leading safety and security teams, developing policies, and enhancing training programs. Earlier in Tom's career, roles included Senior Vice President of Loss Prevention at National Stores Inc., and various positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, including DVP Loss Prevention and Director of Loss Prevention, Specialty.
