Erika Gable

Erika Gable is a seasoned professional in philanthropy and development, currently serving as the Director of Leadership Gifts at the American Friends Service Committee since June 2025. As President of Gable Consulting LLC since September 2011, Erika provides strategic guidance to nonprofits and businesses. Erika previously held significant leadership roles, including Chief Development Officer at Community Shelter Board, where fundraising activities aligned with the mission of providing housing for all, and Associate Vice President for Development & Campaign Manager at Columbus College of Art & Design, where impactful campaigns were driven to advance the institution's mission. Additionally, Erika contributed as Associate Director of Development at The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences, focusing on major donor relationships. Erika holds an MBA and MPA in Strategy, Nonprofit Management, and Philanthropy from The Ohio State University and a certificate in Advanced Studies in Multicultural Competence from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
