Alex Phantomhive possesses diverse experience spanning various roles in case management, mentorship, public safety, technical repair, and security. Currently serving as a Case Manager at the American GI Forum since July 2022, Alex has also been self-employed as a mentor since October 2010. Previous positions include Public Safety Officer at the University of Saint Mary, BMW Technician at Cross Country BMW, Security Officer at PCI Security Inc, Warehouse Specialist at Tommy Hilfiger, and multiple roles in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included motor vehicle operations and logistics. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rider University, along with numerous qualifications in psychology and motorcycle technician certifications from various institutions.
