Lauren Milroy Young

Lauren Milroy Young has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lauren Milroy is currently employed at American Giant as the VP of Marketing, a role they assumed in March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the VP Creative and Brand Marketing from June 2019 to March 2022, and as a Creative Director from November 2015 to June 2019, both within the same company.

Before joining American Giant, Lauren founded and worked as a Designer at HIPP & Kirk from January 2013 to December 2015. Lauren Milroy also had a freelance design role at laurenmilroy.com from February 2012 to December 2015. Prior to transitioning into the field of design, Lauren worked at CRAVE from June 2010 to February 2012, where they gained experience in Design & Marketing.

Their career started as a Mechanical Engineer II at Raytheon from June 2004 to April 2007. In 2009, they briefly worked as a Designer & Project Manager at lowercase collective before moving on to pursue opportunities in the design and marketing industry.

Lauren Milroy Young began their education at Palo Alto High School, where they attended from 1996 to 2000. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California, studying from 2000 to 2004. Following their undergraduate studies, Lauren furthered their education at Stanford University, where they attained a Master of Science degree in Product Design from 2007 to 2009.
