Emma Strobel has over a decade of experience in customer service and sales roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Customer Consulting and Support Representative at Skyward since September 2017, Emma excels in providing accurate information and fostering relationships with colleagues. Emma also holds the position of Direct Sales Associate at American Girl since September 2016, focusing on customer inquiries and effective communication. Previous experience includes serving as a Server at Buffalo Phil's Pizza & Grille, where skills in multitasking and teamwork were developed in a fast-paced environment, and as a Sales Associate at Aeropostale, where Emma assisted customers with clothing selection.
